Our client, a former resident of Brussels, moved to Dubai a few years ago and wanted to invest in Belgian real estate to diversify his assets.

A client asked us to help her find an apartment to live in. 

As she lived more than 2 hours from the capital, we organised 4 visits in one afternoon. Among the properties on offer, the client had initially declined an off-market apartment on the Parvis de la Trinité. 

After a number of exchanges and discussions, we managed to convince her to take the time to visit the apartment, which at first sight seemed of no interest to her. Once there, the customer was seduced by the charm of the flat and decided to make an offer. 

The Account Manager's availability, ability to listen and persuasiveness enabled her to be guided towards several quality properties that she would never have decided to visit on her own. This gave her the opportunity to find her nugget !

Maximilien- Buying an investment property in record time: How we closed the deal in less than 24 hours

The property we're going to tell you about in this reference came to us in the usual way, via one of our business contributors. We visited it, analysed it and assessed its value, before considering which customer it would be best suited to, and therefore who we were going to present it to. 

A day after the visit, new prospects signed up for an information session with a view to quickly reinvest the money from the sale of their apartment.
During this session, it became very clear that the building we had visited the day before was a perfect match for their search criteria

So we decided to talk to them about it during the session, something we don't often do, in the hope that they would trust us right away. Fortunately, the clients were immediately won over by the location and the renovated state of the building, and signed our search and negotiation agreement during the session.

After a thorough inspection and firm but rapid negotiation, we countersigned the offer to purchase within 24 hours of meeting our clients. 

Administrative formalities, such as the creation of a basic act and the rental of one of the apartments prior to the act, were handled efficiently thanks to our good understanding with the seller's real estate agent and enabled the transaction to be successfully concluded very quickly.

Buying a home can be a real adventure, especially when you're looking for a specific property or want to seize a unique opportunity. In this reference, we'll show you how BuyerSide's efficiency and responsiveness enabled this customer to seize a rare opportunity.

The customer was a young couple looking for their first home. They wanted a new home on the outskirts of Brussels, with easy access to local amenities and schools. Unfortunately, the house that perfectly matched their criteria had already been sold.
